Mother Bear Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. 100% of your donation goes to projects and programs at the Sanctuary. You will receive a donation receipt for tax purposes.
Current project needs
In addition to doing some of the work ourselves, we will be hiring local builders to help with the following infrastructure projects with the goal of keeping rescued animals safe.
- $4,000 for installation of fencing for 2 paddocks and 1 pasture (Fencing was paid out of pocket by Dave and Barbra)
- $2500 for hay, hoofs and care of rescue horses (still need)
- $3,000 for building of stalls for goats and pigs (still need)
